How Do I Order?
It's fun and easy to order at the Freakshop. If this is your first time
buying something, or if you're sending a gift to a friend, you'll want
to place items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout through our
online order form. Freakshop.com has five convenient ways to order:
Ordering Online:
You must have a forms capable browser (Netscape Navigator, Microsoft
Internet Explorer, etc.) to order via the web. After filling your
shopping cart with the desired items, proceed to checkout to select
shipping options and securely enter you payment information.
Ordering Online with with Mail in In payment:
If you prefer, you can create your order online and select "pay
off-line" which allows you to mail in your payment.

How do I Search for an item I want to buy?
You can find everything you need from the navigational options atop every
page. There are thousands of items for you discover at Freakshop.com, and
several ways to access everything. You can use the category tabs to browse
a Product Category, browse by Artists & Bands, or by Entertainment.
The search function at the top left of every page lets you enter catalog
item numbers, colors and keywords. You can also select any of our Top Bands
& Top Entertainment from the menu on the left.

How do I pay and is it safe to use my credit card?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express for all ordering.
Checks and money orders can only be sent through the mail.It is SAFE to
use your credit card at Freakshop.com. It is 100% safe to order
using your credit card.

How are my packages shipped?
For standard ground shipping we use either the US mail, or UPS. If you select
expedited shipping, we will use UPS. We can not ship to PO boxes with UPS.
For UPS shipments, we'll email you with a tracking number that can be tracked
at ups.com.
All packages destined for Canada will be shipped via UPS.

How long will it take to get my order?
If the items you order are in stock, you should receive them in 2
to 10 business days unless you are an international customer, then you
can expect your order in 7 to 21 days. Freakshop also offers overnight
and two-day shipping options at additional cost. When placing your order,
choose the shipping option you desire and based on the total of your order
and method of shipment, the charge will be added to your total.
All in-stock continental US orders placed at the Freakshop will leave
our warehouse by the following business day. Overnight and 2-3 day shipments
are delivered Mon-Fri only.Top

What is your return policy?
We at the Freakshop understand that life happens and sometimes you just
need to send something back- and in most cases it's not a problem. We
will happily exchange or refund items that are returned in original condition
within 30 days of purchase. So if that tie-dye looks a bit too small please
make your decision before you toss it in the wash! Top
How do I return an item?
Returns are a breeze, simply follow the directions on the back of your
Packing Slip. If your Packing Slip is in the pocket of your best friend's
coat in another state, then simply send the item back with your full name,
address and daytime phone number. Just let us know if you would like another
item in exchange or a refund for the cost of that item. There are no additional
shipping and handling charges on exchanges and items are shipped out within

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your package looks like it was involved in an industrial accident
or we have somehow proved that we too are human, please forgive us and
send the item in question back First Class mail. Just let us know if you
would like a replacement or a full refund, and of course we will refund

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed to your original form of payment. Once a return
has been processed, a credit card refund can take up to 7 days to appear
on your account and refund checks are processed weekly.Top

You can pay for phone orders and website orders by check. Once we have
your order on file, please send us your check made out to Freakshop.
